The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently going to the Fernie two Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers for the community.

SASSA are going to be rendering companies like new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency claimed it's alarmed about the substantial number of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The intention of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out into a superior quantity of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is as a result of lack of infrastructure at status sassa Fernie and there's no absolutely functional office dedicated to service the area every day.
